Innovation Incorporated, commonly known as Innovation Inc, is a prominent science and technology company in Robloxia founded by Madattak with its main HQ being in the Generico Complex, Rovada. The company has gained recognition for its focus on creating immersive and innovative technologies that allow Robloxians to explore their locations, engage in scientific experimentation, and interact with advanced technologies.
History
Innovation Incorporated was first founded in 1990 by Madattak in Ro London, Bloxia Kingdom. Madattak collaborated with the top scientists of the Bloxia Kingdom at that time including Nexus Avenger and Abstract Alex to help him with the company's development. He also hired Roijok to help with security and protection of their company. Their first official major site was the Innovation Ocean Facility established in 1995 situated in the coast of Bloxpool. Soon, the company started establishing small to medium sized research sites all around the Bloxia Kingdom. This expansion attracted many investors who funded the company for their technological advancements. Visitors can also visit their sites and interact with advanced technologies usually with a fee.
In 2005, Madattak wanted a large complex to include every site into one location. However, the Bloxia Kingdom didn't offer much land for that so he travelled to Robloxia to find a suitable land to build the HQ. In 2008, the company chose the Generico, Rovada as the new location. Generico was situated near a deep lake and a large town with the same name. Construction eventually finished in 2010 and most of the Innovation sites in the Bloxia Kingdom was demolished or abandoned. At around 2014, the Innovation Incorporated started their own space program led by Festive Reinhard and made plans for a spaceship called the IIS (Innovation Inc. Spaceship). In 2024, Festive Reinhard was fired from the space program due to conflict with the higher ups and poor treatment with customers. He was replaced with AnimeRiceFarmer after his dismissal.
Structure
Innovation Incorporated has three departments which serves different purposes.
1. Research and Development
This department's main goal is to advance technological development and achieve scientific breakthroughs.
2. Innovation Security
Innovation Security is a paramlitary group founded by Roijok with approximately 27,000 active personnel. This group is responsible for protecting Innovation sites and eliminating hostile threats.
3. Innovation Intelligence Agency
The Innovation Intelligence Agency is a secretive agency shrouded in mystery. Founded by Spliz in 2010, the agency operates in secret, with the only known members being Roijok and Madattak.
Facilities in Roblox (Planet)
Innovation HQ
Situated inside a cliff in the Generico Complex, this is the heart of the company and the location of all high-ranking positions. It hosts numerous experiments and serves as a site for environmental research.
Innovation Security HQ
Just two miles away from the main HQ is the Security HQ, where the head of security, Roijok, works. This facility also includes a training center for security personnel, with the highest rank being ETG (Elite Tier Guardsman). It also has a bottomless pit in the training center,
Innovation Hub
This is a transportation system connecting all facilities in the Generico Complex through a tram network.
Innovation Labs
This was the first location of Innovation Incorporated, focusing on research within the Generico Complex. The lab serves as the main hub for all research activities. The lab is mostly known for testing viruses and mutations such that outbreaks in the lab happens frequently. Currently this lab is being rennovated by the company and it's expected to be complete soon.
Innovation Underwater Research Facility

Innovation Hydro Electrics
This facility is used for extracting, storing, and researching hydropower and is located in the Generico Complex.
Coolant Storage Facility
This facility is used for storing coolant and is located in the Generico Complex.
Power Mining Facility
This facility is dedicated to power mining and is located in the Generico Complex.
Launch Site
This site is used for launching rockets into space and is located in the Generico Complex
Innovation Experimental Test Site
The test site is utilized for testing hovercraft developed by the company.
Innovation Arctic Base
Located in the far north of Eurobloxia, this is the coldest and most remote facility in the planet of Roblox. The Arctic base is used for research purposes.
Innovation Inc. Thermal Power Plant
Situated inside an active volcano in ████████, this facility originally belonged to Pinewood Builders. After their abandonment of the site, Innovation Inc. acquired the facility, which is now a research institute focused on thermal energy.
Facilities in Space (During the Future)
Innovation Inc. Spaceship (IIS)
This spaceship was built in the future by the company and is situated in a galaxy far from the Milky Way. It was designed for planet exploration and research. The IIS includes multiple rooms and labs such as the Biology Lab, Chemistry Lab, Cloning Lab, and Teleportation Lab. The IIS also includes machines such as the Shrink Ray, the Teleportation Machine, the Cloning Machine, and more. The purpose of the Biology Lab is to observe the Flora and Fauna of planets. The lab includes a enclosure with an alien species called Ingens Fremitus and Pilosus Pila from the planet of Ti'daonn. The Chemistry Lab focuses on mixing then experimenting different substances on themselves or other researchers. The Cloning Lab includes a cloning machine to research cloning technology. The cloning machine has a chance of failing and catching on fire and it also has a chance of malfunction causing a zombie apocalypse which security must deal with. The Teleportation Lab is focused on teleporting researchers directly to the surface of the planet the IIS is currently orbiting. This allows for real-time exploration, sample gathering, and data collection.
Innovation Inc. Mothership
Also constructed in the future, the Innovation Inc. Mothership is located in a distant galaxy. It stores various plants from different planets and is used to resupply the spaceship. The Mothership is shaped like a ring and contains a Information Archive Room, a Cargo Bay, Docking Bay, and the most popular room the Greenhouse. The Information Archive Room is a place filled with information about the planets and alien species the IIS has researched. The Docking Bay is filled with cargo ready to be taken to the IIS to resupply it is organized by a robot controlling a crane. The Greenhouse is filled with multiple alien plants such as the Durracti from the planet of Ti'daonn, Donwuiel Tualpa and the Watcher from Liiyu, Malus Musca Captionem "Apple Fly Trap" from Ogun Diydor, Rebrum Stomachum Rupate from Karalon-6, Calor Reliquiae from Du'ilek, and more.
Innovation Inc. Drydock
The Drydock is a dock for the IIS used to repair the IIS or as a rest area for workers in the IIS. The Drydock includes multiple rooms such as the Cafeteria, Welding Room, and the Bedroom. The Drydock is located near the Zynaa Belt and the Planet of Du'ilek. The Cafeteria has a food machine which includes 3 foods they are the Gravity Bar, the Sad Hotdog, and Creamed Ice. Under the Cafeteria there is the bedroom which includes bunk beds and a Madattak Body Pillow that researchers can use to have a comfortable sleep. The Welding Room uses researchers to control 8 welding arms to remove rust on the spaceship and kill Space Leeches that drains fuel and core temperature. The Lobby includes a sofa, a hologram of the IIS, and a place to eject astronauts to space without going to the airlock.
