Hurricane Bridget was a long-lived, monstrous hurricane that, at its peak, packed winds of up to 157 mph (253 km/h) and a pressure of 957 millibars. It had a diameter exceeding 872 miles (1,403 km) when it was in the Telamon Sea, and about 628 miles wide when it hit Palm County. The storm left millions of dead Robloxians all along the West Coast of Robloxia, Palm County, and the islands west of Robloxia.

Meteorological Synopsis:
Hurricane Bridget started when a tropical wave moved off the coast of Bloxasia, on January 8. With water temperatures of 80*F (27*C) and low vertical wind shear, the wave created a tropical depression, which intensified into a tropical depression of 14 mph winds over 12 hours while maintaining a forward speed of 10 mph (16 km/h). Named Bridget, it continued to intensify, and after 15 hours, the storm intensified into a tropical storm, with a pressure of 1,004 millibars and 44 mph (71 km/h) winds. With moderate waters all around the storm (sea surface temperatures averaged out between 76 and 80*F, or 24 to 27*C), Bridget eventually packed winds of 66 mph, or 106 km/h, with a pressure of 998 millibars, and the storm grew to a diameter exceeding 262 miles (422 km) across.
On January 16, just 48 hours before hitting Coast Island, Bridget quickly intensified into a Category 1 hurricane, with winds of 82 mph and a pressure of 991 millibars. It also increased its forward speed, to 15 mph (24 km/h). The storm continued to intensify, eventually hitting Bloxington Island with winds of 82 mph (132 km/h) and 992 millibars. Hurricane-force winds extended as far north as 47 miles (76 km) north of the eye and as far south as 35 miles south of the eye.
The storm continued to intensify, and it eventually reached wind speeds of 92 mph (148 km/h) and a pressure of 986 millibars just as it was passing north of Bloxington Island, on January 19, because of ocean temperatures averaging out at approximately 85*F (29*C). The storm then hit Hedge Island as a 349-mile-wide storm, with a 10-mile-wide eye, 13.1-mile-wide eyewall, and 105 mph (169 km/h) winds and a pressure of 981 millibars.
It then passed into the Telamon Sea, with 87 mph winds and a pressure of 987 millibars, where water temperatures between 90*F (32.2*C) and 94*F (34*C) fueled tropical cyclone intensification. In 24 hours, Bridget had wind speeds of 152 mph (245 km/h) and a pressure of 962 millibars. The hurricane also grew to massive proportions, from 349 miles to an estimated 872 miles (1,403 km). Moving at a speed of 15 mph (24 km/h), it then hit Block Island full force. It hit a village with wind speeds exceeding 157 mph (253 km/h) and a pressure of 957 millibars, while crossing Block Island at a speed of 15 mph. The storm hit Central City with wind speeds exceeding 131 mph (211 km/h). Three hours later, on January 25, the storm exited Block Island with 108-mph (174 km/h) winds and a pressure of 995 millibars.
As the storm exited into the Telamon Sea again, Bridget began to intensify again, as waters in the Telamon Sea (particularly near warm currents) averaged out above 89*F (32*C), while waters as warm as 73.3*F (22.9*C) extended over 400 feet (121 meters). Water temperatures exceeded 71.5*F (21.9*C), with 67*F (19*C) temperatures extending at a depth of 200 feet or lower, extended as far north as the 52nd parallel, further complicating matters. The hurricane moved at a speed of 15 mph, absorbing all of this warm water. The storm system eventually grew to a massive 628 miles across in 24 hours, while the tropical cyclone dropped seven millibars over a process of 24 hours, to 988 millibars, while the winds increased from 108 mph (174 km/h) to 122 mph (196 km/h). At nine in the evening on January 28, the storm system was estimated to have the following features:
- A 14-mile-wide eye,
- A 17-mile-wide eyewall,
- wind speeds of 143 mph (230 km/h),
- a pressure of 963 millibars (28.44 inches of mercury),
- hurricane-force winds extending 140 miles (225 km) from the eye, with tropical-gale-force winds extending 314 miles (505 km) from the eye, along with winds exceeding 100 mph (160 km/h) extending 70 miles from the eyewall, and...
- ...wave heights exceeding 35 feet (11 meters), plus a potential to create a 70-foot (21 meter) storm surge.
The storm then increased forward motion, to a speed of 20 mph. The storm hit just west of Palm County, producing winds of 140 mph that lasted for hours on end. The storm then suddenly swung east, at approximately two hours and thirty minutes after it hit west of Palm County, moving east. The storm then hit Livetopia with winds of 82 mph (132 km/h) and a pressure of 987 millibars, which lasted for hours on end, as the storm moved through the region at 30 mph. The storm swung toward the north, finally dying out on February 3.
Impact:
Besides leaving millions of dead Robloxians, the storm system had effectively left 35% of the West Coast of Robloxia, islands and all, bankrupt, after it devastated 70% of the Southwestern region of Robloxia. The nuclear explosion that occurred at a nuclear power plant exasperated the destruction.
Aftermath:
Hurricane Bridget left many cities 35% destroyed. 35% of the West Coast of Robloxia were left uninhabitable. The storm was so strong that it literally scoured parts of Palm County clean. Parts of Palm County were left permanently underwater.
In Block Island, every city in the storm's path was 35% devastated, especially the village and the Central City Metropolitan Area. Block Island was left with 65% of its civilization left, and parts of the village were actually left permanently underwater. Some areas had the severe case of "island ception", thanks to the high winds and storm surge. 35% of the west coast of Block Island was literally eroded away, and 35% of the island is underwater.
The other islands were also affected by the storm, and Bridget had caused economic turmoil in the region.
In total, over 20,933,333 people were left dead, with over 348,889 more missing. Over R$697.8 trillion in damage was done.
It is likely going to take years for the region to return to normal.
