Henry I (March 22, 1492 - December 7, 1544) was king of Bloxburg from 1516 to 1544. He was the last of the Micrian dynasty to rule Bloxburg. He died during the massacre of his family in 1544, when he committed suicide to avoid being killed by the enemy.

Life

He was the son of the king of Bloxburg, Urban II.

In 1519, he allowed Bloxians to trade in Bloxburg after Leo X demanded him to do this.

In 1544, a warlord Edward I of Redcliffs introduced a man named Alexander I to Bloxburg. Under pressure from Edward, Henry I agreed to give the newcomer shelter in Bloxburg. Alexander soon gathered his agents and slaughtered Henry's family, except for Urban III and Urban IV (who were in Naranjo at the time) and Princess Cecile, who escaped and was later imprisoned. Alexander I thus became king of Bloxburg. A year later, Alexander I revealed himself as Korblox I and, after crushing the resistance, declared Bloxburg the state of Bloxia.

Research conducted in the 17th century indicates that Henry was not killed, but committed suicide when Alexander Korblox's men broke into his castle.

Family

Henry I married unknown woman when he in 1521, when he was 29. They had two children:

  1. Henry II (1523-1544), crown prince of Bloxburg. He was beheaded by Korblox I while trying to protect his wife and his sister.
  2. Cecile Micria (1531-1602), princess of Bloxburg. She was the only person to escape from Henry I's castle on the night of the massacre, but she was captured by bandits who handed her over to Korblox I. She was spared for unknown reason.
