Gerard James Toronto (Robloxia City D.C., October 4, 1958) is a Robloxian politician, lawyer, and public servant. He served as the 52nd mayor of Robloxia City D.C. from 2014 to 2023.
He officially worked in the Robloxia Bar Association, which he chaired from 1994 to 2009. He also held public office in the city council as a civil servant, tax administrator, and tax inspector; all his civil service positions were held in the 1990s.
He was widely known in Robloxia for never showing his face, always covering it with the same black hat, which his mother gave him on his 21st birthday. His appearance coincidentally looks like Mafioso.
Biography
He was born on October 4, 1958, in Robloxia City D.C. His father was a military man (1919-2014) who served in the Second Roblox War between 1941 and 1945, and his mother was a lawyer who worked from home (1923-2019). He was the youngest of three siblings: Katherine (1947), Anthony (1950), and Julia (1955), who were brothers and sisters. His family was wealthy.
He studied law (a combined degree in criminal and civil law) at Robloxia City Private University (RCPU). He studied law between 1976 and 1980.
In 1984 he married Melissa Alborune, with whom he had two sons: Nico and Charles, twins. They divorced in 1999. In 2001, he married Valeria Jordan, with whom he had five children: three daughters and two sons: Anna, Markus, Boris, Paula, and Fatima. They are still married to this day.
Professional Career
On September 12, 1983, he officially joined the Robloxia Bar Association as number 71242. In December 1983, he joined a law firm in Robloxia City D.C.
In 1992, he was promoted to junior partner at the law firm and was also appointed Vice President of the Robloxia Bar Association that same year. On June 7, 1994, he was elected President of the Robloxia Bar Association. He left office on January 8, 2009. In 2024, he filed for retirement as a lawyer.

Foundation
On February 6, 1982, Toronto founded '''For Cities'''. With that party, he ran in the 1984 municipal elections in Robloxia City D.C., but finished in fifth place.
Trying Again
He kept trying, and eventually, under an emergency mayoral election in May 19, 2014, he won. He proceeded to win the 2016 and 2020 municipal elections, before retiring in March 16, 2023.
