The Galleria at Monument Center, formally known as Unimall Monument Center, is a large shopping complex located in Downtown Retropolis, Rohio, Robloxia, adjacent to the Retropolis Monument on all sides of the mall. It spans three city blocks of Downtown Retropolis and approximately contains 35 stores as well as four anchors.
The property also contains high-end department stores in it's vicinity, including the Saks Fifth Avenue building and Nordstrom to the east, the Hutzler's Columbia Street flagship store to the southeast, as well as a Sears store to its southwest. A 6-floor hotel, the Marriott Downtown Retropolis, is located across from the property.
The mall is owned by the Unimall-Westbrick Company and is operated by Unimall. It features 1,345,272 square feet of leasable space and accounts for over 300,000 pedestrians passing through each week. The mall is currently anchored by department retailer Hecht's, JCPenny, Target, and Nordstrom, of which the latter is connected to the mall via a 2-floor walkway bridge. It also has a 5-screen movie theater operated by Regal Cinemas on the top floor.
The Monument Center is bounded by N 6th Avenue to its east, Monument Circle and Columbia Street/W 22nd Street to its south, 4th Avenue to its west, and the State Avenue pedestrian mall to its north. 5th Avenue runs in the middle of the mall.
