Funkley is a small village in the state of Keysota, located in the interchange of Keysota 71 and Keysota 53. It has several farms, a gas station, and a few two-story houses. It is often common to see some tornadoes roaming near the town, so several of the citizens are NTST (Not Trained Storm Chasers) or civilians. In general, there are not many trees, and there is a pasture. It has zero shelters and one gas station.

During an EF0, it was a filming location for the short: Cows Fly In Tornadoes. This short was so unsuccessful that it failed to increase the popularity of the town.
