Fredrick Bernard Lamptree was a Robloxian football player from Robloxia for the Blocahoma Storm Chasers and formerly the Bloxlina Cougars.

Early life

Frederick Bernard Lamptree was born on April 17, 1980 in Old Garner, Roregon to parents Walter Lamptree who was a therapist and Olivia, a history teacher at a middle school. In preschool, Frederick moved to Racket Heights in Blocahoma. He later got interested in Robloxian football in the 7th grade and successfully tried for the Robloxian football team. He went to Philip Grunt Sr. High School and graduated in 1998.

Career and personal life

Lamptree went to Blocahoma City Community College and started playing college football. He eventually tried out for the Bloxlina Cougars and made it in. In 2007, he was drafted to the Blocahoma Storm Chasers. He went on to win the Super Bowl thrice after his transfer.

Injuries

In April 2012, during the semifinals of a game in the RedBLOX Stadium, Lamptree collapsed onto the side. A coach asked him what was wrong, but Lamptree just grunted in pain. The coach got paramedics, who concluded that he had a high fever and was immediately hospitalized. In the hospital, Lamptree was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and was taken into surgery. For months, Lamptree had thought he had indigestion, but it slowly and gradually worsened. Later, Lamptree ignored it and still went on with his Robloxian football career. Surgeons said he was two hours away from it bursting and him dying.

During a game in May 2021 at the Builder Brother Stadium, while chasing a player, Lamptree slipped, slid head first into a goalpost, and injured his head. Fortunately, the goalpost was centimeters away from his skull. He was taken to the emergency room and the doctor said that if he slid any faster, the goalpost would have cracked his skull open, sending fragments into his brain which could have put him in a coma or even worse, killed him. He had a helmet during the time, but it was dented in response to it being impacted by the goalpost. The Robloxia Football League refused to put safety measures in their helmets, and as such, any hit of a helmet to a goalpost would dent it. The death of Robert Bowlchip and the subsequent lawsuit to the Robloxia Football League by the family and friends of that player costed the Robloxia Football League 3.2 billion Robux, including all punitive damages as stipulated by the court settlement and the improvement of the helmet's durability, allowing to withstand multiple impacts of it when struck against a goalpost.

Death

On the afternoon of June 4, 2026, Lamptree fell from a ladder at his house in Blocahoma Heights. He landed roughly on the floor and suffered severe chest and head injuries. His spine was also severed in the process. He was taken to St. Anthony's Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival at 1:52 PM.
