The First Battle of Lorja was a battle that lasted from February 9th - February 15th, 1977. The battle signified the start of the Bacon - Kasom War, in which Ro - Kasom would launch an offensive in attempts to retake it's northern territorial claims.

Over 20,000 Soldiers of the Kasom Defense Forces (KDF) attacked ports and Bacon Empire Military bases, as well as some coastal homes and shops.

Around 32 Citizens would die in the crossfire of the battle, 22 of which would be the result of aerial and naval bombings on the coastal ports of Okla, the other 10 would be from being caught in the crossfire, as well as explosives thrown by the KDF.

Battle

KDF Aerial Bombings (February 9th - February 10th)

1 Hour before the invasion, KDF Aerial planes bombed the McDavies bridge connecting North and South Okla, as well as the ports and many shipsoff the coast, around 12 citizens would die as a result of these attacks, and around 22 Bacon Soldiers were injured, as well as another 20 citizens.

Near around the same time, 8,000 KDF Troops would landed at the western most harbor of the Bay of Okla, as other KDF Naval Forces would begin blockades of the city and it's harbors.

North Oklan Invasion (February 10th - February 14th)

On February 10th, now 12,000 KDF troops had been immobilized into the North Oklan Bank, and they would see fierce resistance from the Oklan Militia membres and troops stationed in North Okla, although the troop casualties for the Bacon Empire would be larger, they would manage to defend alongside militia forces.

On February 12th, as more KDF Troops arrived, counter offensives would be launched into the South and North Oklan Harbors, furthering the blockades and supplies for the armies encircled in the area, which would drag down soldier morality.

On February 14th, Valentines Day, KDF Troops would officially siege the North Oklan Bank.

Siege of South Oklan (February 14th - February 15th)

On the evening of February 14th, KDF Troops would begin their siege of South Oklan, with some harbors already taken, cutting off more supplies and imports to the city, some Bacon Empire troops would begin surrendering as a result of food shortages, being taken as Prisoners of War.

On February 15th, Bacon Forces officially surrendered the city after 300 KDF Troops had encircled the city's town hall, after threats of bombing and setting the building on fire, the soldiers and city council would agree to officially surrender.
