The Roblox Moon, or simply known as The Moon is Roblox's largest of it's 2 natural satellites. Present in the skies at night, it is the brightest object in the night sky to be observed with the naked eye after Velkia.
Geography
Roblox Moon is about 3,474.8 kilometers in diameter and was located 3.85 x 105 kilometers away from Roblox.
Roblox Moon was always full until September 8, 2025, when the Roblox Moon started to enter a phase, namely introducing the new moon phases.
Eclipses
Despite the size and relative rotation of Roblox Moon and Roblox, eclipses had never occurred. However, an event occurred before September 8, 2025 that caused this anomalous phenomenon to no longer exist. The first total eclipse took place on September 8, 2025, and it was visible throughout the United States of Robloxia.

History
In 1959, the first Robloxian-made object to reach the Roblox Moon was Robloxia's spacecraft. It had no crew.
In 1966, the first spacecraft to perform a successful soft landing on the Roblox Moon was Moon 9 and the first vehicle without crew to orbit the Roblox Moon was Moon 10. By 1968, the only Robloxian Roblox Moon missions to date have been those of the Robloxian Space Agency's Roblox-Moon program, which conducted the first manned lunar orbiting mission with Roblox-Moon 8. In late 2006, the first moon base was built, serving as a research site and a college for Robloxians. The research site started to create definitive discoveries when it was revealed that Roblox Moon also has earthquakes. In late 2024, the first ever civilian-oriented moon base was named to Moon Base Blox. Towards 2025, the first definitive discovery of water was made by Moon Base Blox. On May 4, 2025, RASA reported that the passive lunar cycle for the Roblox Moon would end on September 8 — the day of the solar eclipse — as a result of which the Roblox Moon would start undergoing phases. This would force the lunar cycle to begin on September 9 to great apprehension among Robloxians everywhere. One lunar month later, the Roblox Moon was full again. Roblox Moon once more served as a visual cue of assurance in the sky. In Halloween 2025, the strongest earthquake in Roblox Moon struck, damaging colony infastructure. In 2026, another Moon Base was built. However, it was not an official RASA Moon Base , and it was built five miles from the original location of Moon Base Blox. In 2028, a trip to the ruins of Moon Base Blox was cancelled due to safety concerns and the potential of radioactive material contamination from the bases reactor. By June 2030, Robloxian astronomers reported detecting molecular water on the sunlit surface of the Moon by several independent spacecraft. In May 28, 2031, Robloxia Space Agency and the RSCP Foundation jointly collaborated to send rovers and ships to Roblox Moon for further investigation to the first Moon Base Blox.
Colonies
Moon Base Blox:
The first lunar base for civilians, it was the largest civilian colony until a moonquake destroyed the colony in October 2025.
Moon Base Alpha:
MBA is one of 4 Monika Corporation moon bases, after Moon Base Blox was destroyed, MBA shifted to housing civilians as well as accommodating tourists.
Mond Basis Eins:
An advanced Romarkian research facility under the ownership of Sol Command, MBE was used as a defence base against astronomical threats.
Moon Base Delta:
MBD was constructed in 2027, and finished in 2029. Until late 2031, Mr Skim and his wife live here under heavy protection from Monika Space Guardsmen, due to his protection from GFA arrest, he lives here, with Monika shuttles supplying it regularly.
