From 2011 to 2017, Liberty County was in a very destructive drug crisis, taking the lives of 15000 in 2016 alone.
Before the crisis: June 2011
on June 22, 2011, Bricks-Burger Pharmaceuticals releases Floalzine, a opioid meant for serious injuries like fractured legs, and skull cracks, but during clinical trials, most trialees were addicted to Floalzine after the 32 week long trial. It had side effects, like vomiting, violent acid reflux in high doses, and possible death, as 7 out of the 18 trialees were dead 3 weeks after the trials ended.

On Halloween night, 2011, Francis Reyes, a 15 year old, was found dead in an alleyway in Chinatown, River City.
Unfortunately, The lead Detective from the River City Police Department who was in charge of the case let is slip through the cracks, labelling it as a OD because he (Reyes) had an empty prescription bottle of Floalzine. His Mother, Senator Martha Reyes put out a statement on LC Channel 5 News.

Martha Reyes is attacked by an unknown assailant in full black clothing with a bat. She was found unconscious in her office, with serious contusions to her head, legs, and chest. She barely survives.
November 29
Bricks-Burger renames Floalzine to Annetta-G82. Bricks-Burger and all the board is sued for negligence and wire fraud. Bricks-Burger stock price tanks, so they lay off 25% of their work force.
December 30
Charles BricksWorth II is indicted for fraud, coercion and gross negligence. He is sentenced to 50 years in prison. in 2018, He is shanked to death. Matthew Kaufmanson assumes CEO position when he is arrested. RBI resumes its 1984 investigation into Bricks-Burger adding on charges of gross negligence, and fraud.

Head of Liberty County Sheriffs Homicide Division, Maria Antoine, is found dead in her caprice. A Glock 17 casing is found nearby. The casing belongs to RBI Agent Dean Alfonso.[1] Antoine, was investigating then Floalzine related deaths in the previous 4 months. In her trunk, 3 unopened Floalzine casefiles and 75 kilos of pure Floalzine for evidence was found. Antione had minored in chemical structures in high school, so she had been tasked with finding the chemical compound structure of Floalzine.

Annetta related-Deaths surge. A riot near High Rock Park, Liberty County, breaks out, with LCSO SWAT officers firing tear gas and water into the crowds. A Black, 2011 Dodge Magnum Wagon drives through the crowd, killing 13, and injuring 10. The car drove into a pole, engulfing the driver in flames. LCSO classified the case as a terrorist attack, but did not put all their resources towards the case.

Martha Reyes takes a two way trip to Greenville, Wisconsin. She does not make the return flight. Speculation ensued for 5 whole days, until it was announced by OUSO Head, Nate Andrew Samson, that her body was found in a ravine in Appleton.

The Bricks-Burger Office Raid, 2012
On the early morning of April 7th, 2012, 15 undercover officers from 3 different jurisdictions in Maple County (Where Bricks-Burger was Headquartered) Commenced a no knock warrant raid[3] for the clinical trial documents about Annetta-G83, a prototype replacement for Annetta-G82 meant to market in 2013.[4] They were met with 9 armed mercenaries, probably hired by Matthew Kaufmanson, Co-founder of Bricks-Burger. The death toll, including civilians, was 13. 8 mercenaries, 2 officers, and 3 civilians, including Kaufmanson.

Bricks-Burger shuts down the Annetta branch, so local drug cartels make their own versions, laced with many types of amphetamines, and heroin.

3 former Annetta Researchers become whistle-blowers against Bricks-Burger. They are called before a senate hearing in Downtown River City. 1 Researcher does not make it to the courthouse. He dies due to a road rage styled hit. [5]

On May 1, 2012, RCPD Detectives GroovyDominoes Jr and Shawnyg Sr got an anonymous tip that a shipment of illegal drugs shipping in from Hokanda.[6] So they commenced a 6 month inter-agency task force called RDNETF (Robloxian Drug and Narcotics Enforcement Task Force) with Sheriff and Police Departments in a tri state area, (see photo) and in 6 months, they had tracked down over 900 studs worth of Fentanyl-infused Floalzine. In some way, The Luobese Triads[7] were connected in some way via offshore money laundering. RDNETF is now a Federal drug enforcement agency run by the FSB. GroovyDominoes Jr later became head of RDNETF after the agency was handed off.

Bricks-Burger renames to Gyser, Hornson, Fidler Health ( or GHFH ) after a hostile takeover by Gyser, Fidler Consulting Solutions.

RDNETF Agents raid a former Bricks-Burger Branch. Word on the street was, that place was being used as a distribution center, because when bricks-Burger became GHFH, GHFH ordered all Annetta-G82 that was stored to be returned and replaced, but this branch was forgotten as they had went bankrupt, so no one knew there was still old Annetta in that branch.
New Years Day, 2012-13
RDNETF starts the Helpers Hand Program. Helpers Hand was a rehab and therapy program designed to help current addicts to go sober, while gaining information from them. You could be able to get paid for giving info, but that was quickly shuttered, as people lied to make a quick buck.
