Kelvin over PA
Researcher Kelvin is a senior researcher working for the Global Occult Coalition and The Insurgency. He serves as a scientist, researcher, and site status reporter for both factions and is responsible for approaching RSCP-829.
Background
Researcher Kelvin was formerly a member of the Chaos Insurgency, though he went rogue after the Chaos Insurgency formed alliances with the Dark Insurgency. Kelvin joined the Global Occult Coalition after he was approached because of his apparent 'reality warping' abilities.
He was contacted by the Insurgency and is his duty to respond to RSCP breaches.
Personality
Researcher Kelvin is known to be an increasingly nervous researcher compared to his colleagues.
Operations
Research Facility 01 detonation
For unknown reasons, Research Facility 01 was bombed and breached by rogue elements of the GFAH. Due to this, Researcher Kelvin initiated the Alpha Warhead procedure, as he rushed to the nearest Blackhawk helicopter. He was extracted by HECU Commando.
However, the AndroidTan and URC Members have since apologized for this incident.
