Colson Rivera

Colson Rivera is Furry Headquarters's first force commander and demands respect from his "legions".

Life:

He was born in Roma, Ro-Italy in 1998 and would originally join the Ro-Italian army and train to be a commander. He would move to Robloxia in 2029 after he was turned down a commander position due to them saying he did not have a threatening and authority look. He would end up being made a legion commander by Lucario Cunningham for the Reaper's Mercs thinking they were a private military group that consisted of mercenaries. He would find out after he was arrested by Furry Headquarters that the Reaper's Mercs were mind controlled by the Anti-Furry Coalition. He would join Furry Task Forces as first a spy and later get promoted.

December 18th, 2030 talk with Director Arctic Fox and Benjamin Soft:

Arctic: "So Colson Rivera, that is your name here, you have been picked for a new position."

Colson: "Oh, that so? If it a mafia job I quit doing that a long time ago."

Arctic: "No I meant somethin- wait what?"

Colson: "What? You really bought the whole 'I worked at a spaghetti place in Roma' bit? Quite fine to see I even slipped up the head director."

Arctic: "Anyway. So it was brought to my attention that we need some new staff positions. Oh Benjamin."

Benjamin: "So I was informed that we found a manifesto, not really that but a note written by Amy Char explaining why she did what she did. She said the staff was too scaring or weak."

Arctic: "That is why we brought you here. We are adding a commander position to the entire FTF forces. You seem like you did a good job with the Reaper's Mercs."

Benjamin: "Well except with the San Robloxia City hideout."

Colson: "That wasn't my command. It was some other flat out idiot."

Arctic: "So are you up for a commander position?"

Colson: "Respectfully I thought you had a FTF commander?"

Arctic: "He died in The Furry War."

Colson: "Ah, so you need a new commander. Acceptable."

Work under Furry Headquarters:

Colson would start his work and be seen as a regal and quite orderly member. He would get the Furry Task Forces into order and in turn create quicker response times. When not commanding operations, he would interrogate Furry Headquarters' prisoner commonly aiding Director Arctic in his investigations. His first one was Amy Char. He also would request to see Benjamin's notes on her to see what went wrong and have her brought to him for questioning.

Questioning of Amy Char:

Colson: "So lets get this clear. I am not going to hurt you. So stop cowering in your chair like you are staring at Satan himself."

Amy: "Some days I feel like I did. I met The Old Gods. They spoke to me."

Colson: "Benjamin? Was that in the notes?"

Benjamin: "Not that I see here? Huh?"

Amy: "Just to be clear. I had no intention of hurting the council. I just wanted to fix what I felt was wrong with Furry Headquarters. I tried calling Director Arctic out, yes I was angry, scared, crying, in pain, and in a unauthorized area but after being shot at by the Church of the Broken God and having The Factory's anomaly try to pull me back in I had it. The only reason the amnestic failed was because I have a god hunting me. Anyway then when Arctic sent me to the mental ward for yelling at him I made my second plan of escaping and getting the Global Investigations and Justice Department to reinforce the changes I felt were needed. Then Arctic gets me fired and sent to their prison.

Colson: "But did you not join the Chaos Insurgency after the building raid? Respectfully that is a crime."

Amy: "I had no choice. In a way they forced me to. So my plan when they did that was to not kill Arctic but hold him at gunpoint because maybe then he'd listen. I had no other choice because he caused me to get painted off as insane in Furry Headquarters. I did not intend for it to go that way. I just wanted to fix what needed to be."

Colson: "So it wasn't hostile intentions?"

Amy: "No, I wouldn't hurt the council. If anything I am scared of them. Now join them yes but hurt them? Never."

Colson: "I see, so you joined the Chaos Insurgency without the intentions of hurting people?"

Amy: "I never even fired a bullet, partly because I intentionally left my gun unloaded, and partly because I am not hitting a freaking damn thing. I have killed a lot of people in the past though."

Colson: "There was no record of it?"

Amy: "The Factory, I focused on getting myself out. The workers all died because of me. I fled because I was too focused on myself."

Benjamin: "That wasn't your fault. I had to explain that to you before. You did what you could."

*Director Arctic enters the interrogation room*

Arctic: "Amy you know what you did. You snapped at the council and we had to-"

Colson: "Respectfully Director Arctic, I don't care. She was willing to put herself into danger in order to try to change Furry Headquarters and its imbalance of power. I think she had a point. Why are the staff members fearful of the directors?"

Arctic: "We have to- uh- *sigh* I don't know. Your reasons seem right but your way of going about it wasn't really ethical."

Amy: "Ethics, ethics, ethics. Where was the ethics committee when the amnestic failed? The entire ethics committee is useless. They take peoples' concerns and just forget them. Like isn't there even any designated director to handle the reports and things from Ethics. This whole place is off balance and out of order."

Colson: "Don't worry, we'll fix it."

Arctic: "Amy, after the things Colson and Benjamin presented to me concerning you, we made a horrible failure of judgment. You can return to Furry Headquarters if you wish. We'll even give you a administrative position so you can implement the changes you see as needed. Just try to keep sane this time ok?"

Attempted assassination of Colson:

On March 12th, 2032 Colson would be sent on his last mission where he would physically be in the mission area. The mission was a simple check on a area where a Global Furry Agency Headquarters asset went missing. His two guards would be shot dead and Colson backed up against a cliff by Anti-Furry Coalition and D.O.R members. He would attempt to cling to the cliffside when the attackers neared him:

Colson: "Killing me won't gain you anything, I hope you know that."

Unknown D.O.R. general: "Oh but you see it will. We will kill the commander of Furry Task Forces leaving your group in a- [STATIC INTERFERRENCE]"

Unknown A.F.C. trooper: "You know, I never realized how weak their commander was. Look at him grasping on that rock ledge. *Laughing*"

Unknown D.O.R. general: "Oh Jim, finish this pest."

D.O.R. agent Jim: "You got it boss."

IAC Operator: "INTERNATIONAL AGENCY OF CONTRACTS! DROP THE EQUIPMENT."

*Gunfire as three IAC Operator disarms Agent Jim and strips him of the equipment, another disarms the general and strips him from the equipment, and the other shooting the AFC Trooper in the head before throwing them off the cliff*

IAC Agent Lin: "COLSON, GRAB MY HAND!"

*Sounds of Colson struggling to grab it, but failed and falling to the rock bed below*

Colson would spend a month in a coma from the attempt to kill him. [REDACTED] would log his full injuries:

Commander Colson Rivera, sustained spinal cord fracture, permanent damage to spine, head trauma, and ended up in a coma. Patient is expected to be wheelchair bound after recovery for the rest of his life due to injuries.

Director Arctic Fox was later told about this and answered with the straight answer of

Lets ally with the IAC. They help us before, lets return them a favor.

A mechanized commander

On May 1st, 2032 a experiment would be done on Colson by Dr. Carlos Vargos and Dr. Carrie Sierra to see if he could be fixed up. They would use a mangled up exoskeleton left at Site-01-B by Thorne Enterprises and parts from a scrapped robot project. After 21 hours of work they would wake Colson up, and have him test his new cyborg type suit. He would stumble at first but get up and be able to walk again.

Facts:

• Colson has a strong dislike for the radios in Furry Headquarters. He says that they pick up other departments rather than the one he is trying to contact.
• He is considered part of The Furry Council though he is a unofficial member. He requested that The Furry Council do not give him a call sign. He said, "Better if they enemy knows who is coming to kill them that way they cower in fear upon my arrival."
• He listens to music in his headphones when commanding; which kind of music depends on what instance is being commanded. A list of the songs he commonly plays when on missions follows.

• He usually wears his blue and gold uniform, though he sometimes wears a black trench coat and fedora if he himself is carrying out a mission, and other times (mainly when he is not working), he would just wear his own fur.
