Edward Lawrence

Edward Elias Lawrence (August 20, 1992 - June 13, 2025) was a criminal, serial killer, and sex offender in Bloxburg who is known for the murder of Jack Tates. After the murder, he was Imprisoned at the Redwood Prison and sentenced to 17 years in prison without the possibility of parole. He died on June 13, 2025 after another prisoner killed him in his sleep.

He has killed many other victims before Jack Tates, (listed below) including two prisoners, Jason Love, and Byron Addison.

Biography

Early Life and education

Lawrence was born on August 20, 1992 as the oldest of two children to parents, Lionel Lawrence and Catherine Lawrence in Ro-Dallas, Robloxia. He had an obsession with horror novels when he was 14. When he was 17, he stabbed one of his classmates with a pencil, which later caused the classmate to move to a different school.

He attended the University of Bloxburg Valley and soon dropped out.

Criminal years

Lawrence had been forced into drug cartels when he was 19, the Bloxburg Police Station mentioned that he slowly became more and more violent in months. He killed over 13 Robloxians, four are unidentified. His attack method is usually strangling, gunshot wounds, knife wounds, and drowning.

Murder of Jack Tates

Lawrence targeted Jack Tates, a 27 former factory worker, he said that his drug cartel planned the attack on a random Robloxian. Tates was last seen entering a forest, which was captured on a security camera. Tates was filed missing on January 2, 2024, the Bloxburg Police Department filed three suspects: Zach Coley, Frankie Jennie, and Edward Lawrence himself. Lawrence ran away before the interview into the same forest that Tates went into. Police caught him trying to dispose the remains of Tates which were in a plastic bag. Lawrence was arrested for first-degree murder and refusing a cop's orders.

Trial

His trial was on February 23, 2025, the judge pleated him guilty and sentenced to 17 years in prison and not a possibility of parole.

Victims

Death

Lawrence was stabbed and killed in his sleep by Brian Edwin Burns on June 13, 2025 at 1:41 AM. Guards stopped Burns from stabbing, but Lawrence died of injuries later at Brookhaven Hospital.
