Dustin Middleton Kline (born December 21, 1998) is a Robloxian football quarterback for the San Juan Comets of the Robloxia Football League (RFL). He played college football for the University Of Bloxburg Valley Sharks (At San Juan), and was selected as the final pick for the Bloxcinncinati Monarchs for the 2021 draft.

Kline started his rookie year with David Garrison, a legend in the RFL. Following their victories over the Bloxeattle Evergreens and the Retropolis Redman in the first two playoff games, Kline was selected with the first overall pick to start at quarterback for the Bloxcincinnati Monarchs. He went on to replace Garrison in the divisional final and the 2022 Evolution Series Championship, also known as Evolution Series LVI. In the 2021–2022 campaign, Kline was instrumental in leading Bloxcincinnati to a 49–26 victory.

Following the 2022 season, Kline was moved with player Joe McDowell by then-President of Cincinnati, Jimmy Bush. The Comets under Kline would go on to win ten games in a row in the 2022–2023 season, but the Dalton Cowboys defeated them in a divisional playoff game. He was regarded as the sixth-best Comet player right now and the 46th-best Comet player overall as of the 2023 roster. Kline is anticipated to captain the San Juan Comets in the 2024–2025 RFL Season, given his present football standing previously for the 2023–2024 season.

Early life and education

On December 21, 1998, Dustin Middleton Kline was born to Larry and Nancy Kline in the city of Mitchell, Brickland. After relocating to San Pablo, Brickland, the family gave birth to Sarah, their second child. The Kline family would stay in San Pablo until August 8, 2002, when Dustin was given Kyler as a second sibling. Dustin started attending Red Lake High School in San Pablo, where he was a quarterback for the Red Lake Gilas football team and participated in Robloxan football. Kline received a football scholarship acceptance at the University of Bloxburg Valley in San Juan in May 2017. Kline was also a University of Maryland business student. Kline was selected by the University of Bloxburg as the 24th choice in May of 2017. Kline started off as a wide receiver but moved to quarterback at the start of his second season in 2018. San Juan football coach Martin Baker called Kline "an absolute unit" on the field. He was traded from the second pick to the first pick in November 2018, taking quarterback Carmen Powell's place. He completed 1,236 out of 1,247 tosses, tossed 107 touchdowns, had 7,893 receiving yards, 11,107 passing yards, and 47 interceptions in 4 years as a football player at San Juan. In May 2021, Kline graduated from the university with a degree in business, and became a pick for the RFL, with him having completed 1,236 out of 1,247 throws, however, Kline was chose as the final pick, and 3rd for quarterback. He was put on a rookie deal with the Bloxcincinnati Monarchs, he was nicknamed, "Mr. Irrelevant" at the selection for being final pick.

Football career

He was selected as the third-in-line quarterback (quarterback) for the Cincinnati Monarchs in June 2021 for the 2021–2022 season. Kline aspired to be David Garrison's successor in the LVI Series and spent the summer training with the legendary RFL player. In an interview with GNC News, President Jimmy Bush said that he was certain Dustin Kline could replace Garrison in the event that one of the first and second-choice quarterbacks sustained an injury.

Dustin Kline's first season was the 2021–2022 RFL Season. Kline was the Bloxcincinnati Monarchs' third-choice quarterback under a rookie contract with the RFL. However, after breaking his foot on a tackle during the first round of the playoffs, first-choice quarterback Jeff Buffalo suffered a season-ending leg injury. Blake Sampson, the quarterback in the second-choice playoffs, passed out in overtime due to dehydration. Ultimately, on October 2, 2021, during the third playoff round, Kline was given his chance. The squad prevailed in the game, and Kline's replacement for David Garrison led to the final score of 32–17. The Bloxcincinnati used a strategy frequently throughout the season that helped them win a lot of games. Kline, Garrison, and another wide receiver by the name of Bryson Davidson all employed the strategy.

The strategy proved to be quite effective as the Monarchs defeated the Bloxburg Tigers 49–26 at the end of Evolution Series LVI, also known as Evolution Series 2022. Because of this, Kline caught the interest of other more prosperous and well-known teams. As a result, the San Juan Comets and then-President Jim Bush arranged a deal for another player, Joe McDowell, who would switch quarterback positions. Garrison received the Evolution Series ring for 2022 and announced his retirement from the RFL.

Additionally, Kline got several proposals from enterprises, apparel labels, and beverage manufacturers. Kline's moniker was changed from "Mr. Irrelevant" to "Mr. Relevant" when he won the 2022 Championship. As of 2022, Kline's net worth is estimated to be 23.3 million R$. Jim Bush, the president of the Cincinnati Monarchs at the time, made a deal with the San Juan Comets in June 2022 in order to pay 9 million R$ for Kline. Following some haggling, the two teams came to an agreement: in order to acquire Kline, the Comets would need to trade quarterback Joe McDowell, who was valued at $5 million R$ at the time, to the Cincinnati Bengals. Kline was selected as the team's second choice and was scheduled to participate in the second round of the playoffs to determine whether or not he would be useful to the team.

2023–present: RFL Rookie Season and San Juan Comets

In his current three-year career, Kline was traded for the first time during the 2022–2023 RFL Season, albeit he only spent one year with the team. The San Juan Comets got out to a fast start, winning all ten postseason games under the direction of Brady Scaffold, Jarad Richfield, and Dustin Kline. Following the second-round playoff victory, Kline was selected as the team's first pick. Throughout the season, Kline and Scaffold helped the team achieve impressive winning records, the greatest of which being a 52-3 victory over the Cape Coral Jaguars.

But they had lost 12–18 to the Bloxslyvannia Liberties in the Divisional Championship, which was held just before the ECS Championship, due to injuries to Richfield and Kline. Kline returned to training with David Garrison in the summer of 2023 after losing the season. Kline would replace Brady Scaffold, the Comets' wide receiver, in the 2023–2024 RFL Season. The San Juan Comets qualified for the ECS Championship when the Comets crushed the other clubs in the league and defeated the Chicago Cougars in the Divisional Championship. They had their best score of 46–26 against the New York Knights and their lowest of 34–36 against the Blocahoma Storm Chasers.

Since he and Scaffold were able to dominate over the other teams in the league, Kline earned more widespread exposure throughout the United States and his net worth is rumored to have increased to 24.7 million R$. He was also officially named first choice quarterback for the San Juan Comets.
