Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-106 cannot be contained because of its nature. Attempts to confront RSCP-106 within dreams have proven to be impossible, as the subject dreaming appears to not have any control over their dream.
Description
RSCP-106 appears as a tall male Robloxian man, typically dressed in a grey 1960's business outfit. RSCP-106 has no known preferred name, and it's status as a humanoid being is currently unproven. RSCP-106 only manifests within an RSCP Foundation member's dreams, or only to one person at a time outside of dreams.
RSCP-106 will slowly make its presence known among the subject, eventually until 106 approaches the subject to talk to them. 90% of the time, 106 simply mumbles, speaks in a foreign/unknown language, or the contents of his speech are forgotten. The other 10% of the time, RSCP-106 will cryptically talk to the subject, about personal dilemmas or periods of stress in their life, and very rarely predicts the future. RSCP-106 is known to appear outside of dreams as well. A Foundation employee, KashWM6 claims that he saw 106 observing him from another tram in the Site-14 Tram System.
RSCP-106 mostly appears to a Foundation employee, MarshmallowYummy4. He claims that the instances in which he talked to 106 were very rare yet seemingly spontaneous.
Ma.4: Hey. Who are you?
RSCP-106: My identity is not as of great concern currently. I come with a grave message.
Ma.4: Oh, here we go again. You gonna tell me about mitochondria or that kicka** disco song?
RSCP-106: Prepare for unforeseen consequences.

Another target was reported on April 6th, at 11:44 P.M, when Agent Sam was reported dreaming of RSCP-106 in his Sleeping Quarters. He was then contained with MarshmellowYummy4, 22 minutes later.
