Special Containment Procedures
RSCP-115-1 is to be contained in a soundproof locked container with danger markings in Supervised Item Block 3A in the Entrance Zone of Site-14. No audio playing equipment, regardless if it can play RSCP-115-1 will be permitted inside the Supervised Item Block. If a copy of RSCP-115-1 is found, it's track is to be ceased and it must be contained in said Special Containment Procedure. If RSCP-115-1 is playing anywhere, Mobile Task Force-Eta-11 designated "Savage Beasts" are to contain it and stop any audio from coming from RSCP-115-1's track.
If RSCP-115-1 is played in a public setting or spread through social methods like the Internet, then it is to be instantly purged from websites and explained as a biologically cognitive triggering audio piece that contains high wavelengths that cause psychological damage.
Description
RSCP-115-1 is a 2x2 stud audio disc that contains one track. RSCP-115-1 does not seem to break even under extreme pressure conditions, it can easily be scratched and defaced, however it does not seem to affect the audio track. When played on a 1970's-1980's DJ set, RSCP-115-1's track will play (which is also considered to be RSCP-115-1.) When subjects hear RSCP-115-1, they will begin to enter a trance-like state, dancing and repeating the same motions, lacking a free will and ability to hear any sapient being making a sound or moving in front of them, and they will stop acknowledging the outside world. The subject is now known as RSCP-115-2. After exactly 3.5 minutes, RSCP-115-2 will suddenly awake and enter a primal and violent stage of psychosis or insanity as they will begin ruthlessly attacking and attempting to fight to the death every single living being including other instances of RSCP-115-2. They will not stop until they can no longer hear RSCP-115-1. RSCP-115-2 at this stage is known to exhibit heightened levels of fear, awareness, adrenaline, and intelligence as they will attempt to kill every single living being that they can sense nearby.
115-2 instances also will mysteriously have a stronger body, their bones becoming more thick and their skin being harder to penetrate, thus it is harder to kill instances of RSCP-115-2 once they are in their fighting stage. As discovered during Incident-115-A, RSCP-115-1's effects are limited to closed buildings and it does not seem to have effects outdoors, only being effective in a 25x25 stud radius. RSCP-115-2 instances have been observed lacking heads, limbs, legs and eyes, and sometimes having up to 75% of their body being torn apart or destroyed and being in perfect capable fighting position. After RSCP-115-1 has stopped playing, any surviving instances of RSCP-115-2 will stop and become normal Robloxians/normal beings again, having no memory of being RSCP-115-2 or memory of any violence or reason as to why they may have been injured.
What specifically makes RSCP-115-1 anomalous is the fact that a normal vinyl music disc can cause psychosis, anger, and unreasonable descent into paranoia and insanity to its' listeners, and RSCP-115-2's anomalous properties is a physically impossible heightened bodily endurance and ability to lose vital organs or bone structures without death. No explanation for any property including extensive audio, Robloxian-physical, and Robloxian-psychological examinations have explained RSCP-115 at all.
Discovery (Incident-115-A)
RSCP-115-1 was discovered playing at a nightclub in Robloxity in 1973. As RSCP-115-1 began to play, the citizens inside the nightclub began experiencing the symptoms of RSCP-115-1. They became RSCP-115-2. After a few hours, police kept going silent on their radios and communications systems as they attempted to enter the nightclub. Over 68 reports of missing persons reports all funneled into the nightclub, and residents nearby stated that nobody had left the nightclub, and complained the music playing inside was repetitive and extremely loud. A Foundation field agent embedded in the police department called in a joint operation of MTF Epsilon-11 and the RBI's Unusual Incidents Unit (UIU). The UIU agents became instances of RSCP-115-2 as the joint operatives discovered that an anomalous music had caused the people inside the nightclub to go insane and kill eachother. The Epsilon-11 operatives had thicker helmets and thus RSCP-115-1 was not as loud and they almost became RSCP-115-2 instances as well, but they had enough evidence to realize that an auditory anomaly was taking place and they instantly left and secured the building, taking the UIU operatives with them, who later returned to a normal state and had no recollection of attempting to attack eachother. Eta-11 was called into the nightclub where they secured a music disc playing and registered it as RSCP-115 at Site-33, before it being shipped to Site-14 in 1998.
Addendum
This is not an addendum but a warning to anyone reading this page, regardless of level. RSCP-115 is an extremely dangerous but easy to contain RSCP, and it should be treated as an "Ark of the Covenant", being extremely dangerous and deadly to anyone who is able to be affected by it (anybody in a closed room with RSCP-115-1 playing). Do not leave RSCP-115, 115-1 or 115-2 unmonitored, on in a large populated room, or play RSCP-115-1 anywhere without permission from the R-5 council. Incident-115-B should be a fair and simple warning to anybody looking to neglect RSCP-115.
Incident-115-B
Researcher Thomas [REDACTED] and Level 3 Senior Scientist [DATA EXPUNGED] conducted a test with RSCP-115-1 to observe if RSCP-115-1's anomalous properties can extend into large open areas, so they played RSCP-115-1 outdoors. D-Class subjects began to attack eachother as normally expected and observed with RSCP-115, however RSCP-115-1 was placed on an unstable wooden table, and strong gusts led to RSCP-115-1 and the small DJ set to go flying into a storm drain that led into Gate C of Site-14. A ferry boat departing across the lake was directly underneath the storm drain's opening, and RSCP-115-1, still playing and connected to the DJ set, landed and fell onto the ferry boat. It landed perfectly top-down, helping the set not gain significant damage. RSCP-115's effects set in on the RSCP scientists, researchers, and guards that were onboard the ferry waiting to traverse the lake to the dropoff parking lot on the other side. All 40 passengers including the ferry's captain became RSCP-115-2 and 38 were killed due to RSCP-115's effects. Eta-11 was called and RSCP-115-1 was contained and the two survivors sent to an emergency room in Site-14.
