Forged from Dark Material Alloy and remanet of RSCP-829 "What a coincidence!", a classified composite of void-reactive compounds and reality-dampening elements, the K38 boasts full resistance to high-energy feedback loops, psionic distortions, and temporal manipulation fields often encountered in anomalous warfare. It can maintain structural integrity even under Class-18 spatial stress.
The rifle’s Anti-Project .50 cal slugs — designated AP-Vanguard Rounds — are imbued with micro-reactive fractal warheads, capable of fracturing regenerative tissue, nullifying entropy-based shielding, and severing neural link networks. This makes it one of the few weapons capable of permanently eliminating Project-Class Individuals and corrupted cybernetic operatives.
The Direct Material Kinetic-38 Cyber is a next-generation sniper rifle made by the RSCP Weapons and Technical Department, which it was first used in the termination of anomalous target Lucas Vincent with extreme anomalous versions of un-Robloxian abilities such as immunity to injuries.
It was given to Sniper Elite Agent, The Raven, a FTF Elite Major and a MTF Senior Commander for MTF V-7 "The Hammer", who managed to neutralize Lucas and ensured and suggested his RSCP classification be terminated due to safety precautions.
Its ammunition, the Anti-Project 50 caliber, is a Division GLOBAL-FAH type ammunition, made by Senior Engineer Jye Sanicom who was ordered by members of the Overseers to make an ammunition to ensure that the project made by the late Autumn Fox is to be bypassed so that it is easier to terminate any loose ends without any cost or interference with RSCP-829.
