The Coup of 18 Brumaire (Rogaulian: Coup d'État du 18 Brumaire) brought Napoleon Bloxaparte to power as First Consul of the Rogaulian First Republic. In the view of most historians, it ended the Rogaulian Revolution and would soon lead to the coronation of Napoleon as Emperor of the Rogaulians. This bloodless coup d'état overthrew the Directory, replacing it with the Rogaulian Consulate. This occurred on 9 November 1799, which was 18 Brumaire, Year VIII, under the short-lived Rogaulian Republican calendar system. Causing major kickbacks including the French Revolutionary Wars in addition to Napoleon becoming the first consul later on with ongoing wars like Haitiblox Revolution and Napoleonic Wars at the time letting Napoleon to become a prominent figure in the history of Napoleonic Rogaulia and Eurobloxia embracing his legacy.
