This article talks about Bloxjiado’s current constitution. To see the constitution before Bloxjiado’s Israblox and Ro-Indi unrecognition, go to Constitution of the Republic of Bloxjiado (1985).
The Constitution of the Republic of Bloxjiado is Bloxjiado’s main constitution. The constitution was made on January 1, 2000. All of its articles are the same from the older constitution except that Articles 2, 3 and 5 are different from the other constitution.
Previous Constitutions
There was a constitution in 1985 before it was replaced by the current one after Bloxjiado set new policies for Israblox, Tovokian Union and Ro-Indi.

Article I - Executive Branch of Bloxjiado
Article I.I - Purpose of the President and the Vice President
The President of the Republic of Bloxjiado rules the country and is in control of the government. Every decision that the government of the country makes shall be signed and consulted by the president. The vice president co-controls the government, and is an advisor to the President. A president may also serve as the vice president after they have served in office as president.
Article I.II - Serving Terms of the President and Vice President
The President and the Vice President of the Republic of Bloxjiado is allowed to serve two terms in office, three if an acting president and vice president is required.
Article I.III - Purpose of the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister
The Prime Minister of the Republic of Bloxjiado is mostly a ceremonial position and the prime minister retains the following duties: Runs the Bloxjiado Armed Forces, Co-signs documents with the President and is a main advisor of the president. The Deputy Prime Minister is the main advisor to the Prime Minister. A prime minister may also serve as a deputy prime minister after they have served in office as a prime minister.
Article I.IV - Serving Terms of the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister
Both Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister are allowed to serve two terms in office, three if an acting deputy/main prime minister is required.
Article I.V - Elections
Presidential, Vice Presidential, Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister elections take place every three years.
Article II - VBJNV (or Visit Bloxjiado with No Visa) permit
Article II.I - Rights granted to VBJNV holders
Visit Bloxjiado with No Visa, or VBJNV for short, is a permit that grants any VBJNV holder to visit Bloxjiado with no visa. VBJNV holders also have a right to obtain quick citizenship instead of being a resident.
Article II.II - VBJNV holder countries
VBJNV is available for anyone except those who have residency or citizenship with Israblox or Ro-Indi.
Article II.III - Revocation of VBJNV
The Government of Bloxjiado may revoke your VBJNV if you are affiliated with any terrorist organizations designated as terrorists by the United Roblox Countries and Bloxjiado, or if you commit any major crimes in the country.
Article III - Citizenship Rights of the People
Article III.I - Obtaining Citizenship for Normal People and VBJNV Holders
Obtaining Citizenship in Bloxjiado requires a person to be a resident for at least 2 years. In case if someone having a VBJNV, it will take 25 days.
Article III.II - Obtaining Citizenship for Israbloxian people
If an Israbloxian citizen or resident wants full citizenship, they will be rejected unless they opt for a dual citizenship.
Article III.III - Obtaining a Passport
Getting a Bloxji Passport takes about 1 month after applying for citizenship.
Article IV - Religion
Article IV.I - Freedom of Religion
Any religion except Ahmadiyya is welcome to come in to Bloxjiado.
Article IV.II - Main Religion
The Republic of Bloxjiado officially recognizes Islam as its main religion.
Article IV.III - Ahmadiyya Ban
In the Republic of Bloxjiado, Ahmadiyya will be banned from Bloxjiado. They consider themselves as Muslims, when they aren’t. They are considered as non-muslims.
Article V - Immigration Policies upon Arrival in Bloxjiado
Article V.I - Customs Searching
Upon arrival at any airport in Bloxjiado, you will be searched in customs. Your passport will be given and searched in the customs’ system. If you are not holding an Israbloxian or Ro-Indian passport, you will be free to go if you are all cleared.
Article V.II - Israblox and Ro-Indi passport holders
For Israbloxian and Ro-Indian passport holders, if they are not dual citizens, they will be detained at customs if they somehow make it to a Bloxji Airport as a Bloxji place is their final destination. There will be a minimum questioning time as 45 minutes. If you are not cleared, you will be sent back to your departure place via the Bloxjiado Air Force’s deportation service or via your airline’s return flight. If cleared, you will be escorted out of the airport.
