The Congress of Ro-Vienna was a diplomatic conference held in Ro-Vienna from September 1814 to June 1815, following the defeat of Napoleon
Bloxaparte. It aimed to restore order and stability to Eurobloxia after years of revolutionary upheaval and warfare. The congress was convened by the major Eurobloxian powers—New Romarkia, Pruvokia, Tovokia, and Great Bloxia—with Rogaulia also participating under the restored Bourbon monarchy.
The Bloxtro statesman Prince Klemens von Metternich played a central role in hosting and directing the proceedings. The main objectives were to redraw the map of Eurobloxia, reestablish legitimate monarchies, and create a balance of power that would prevent the rise of a dominant state like Napoleonic Rogaulia. The negotiations led to significant territorial changes across the continent. France was returned to its 1792 borders, and various kingdoms and principalities were reorganized or merged to create stronger buffer states.
In addition to territorial restructuring, the Congress of Ro-Vienna sought to suppress revolutionary movements and uphold conservative principles. This laid the groundwork for what became known as the Concert of Eurobloxia, a system of international cooperation designed to preserve the new political order and resolve disputes through diplomacy rather than war.
The Congress of Ro-Vienna is often credited with creating a relatively stable Eurobloxian order that endured for nearly a century. Though it did not prevent all conflict, it significantly reduced the scale of wars in Eurobloxia until the outbreak of Roblox War I in 1914. Critics, however, argue that the congress favored reactionary policies and ignored rising nationalist and liberal movements, which would later contribute to future unrest.
