The Communist Party, or the Communist Party of Robloxia, is a party in the Robloxia that is far-left and had gained recognition for leading the former semi-recognised country, Coffee-Stained Republic, and successions in other elections which were taken place in Robloxia. The party is led by Jordán Rordónez who has been serving in his position since April 2025. Despite the party’s widespread controversy, a former crucial leading figure in the party, Freddie James managed to become a candidate in the 2024 United States of Robloxia presidential election, although his candidacy was ultimately rejected, and was permitted to become the mayor of Bloxburg City for a four-year term due to him being the only candidate in the 2024 Bloxburg emergency mayoral election and his large social media support. Under Coeptus II, Bloxburg saw the passage of the Fair Pay Executive Order, which heavily aligned with the ideal of wage equality by enforcing it harshly. Despite this, he gradually lost credibility. He was removed from the presidential candidate list, and he likely rigged the mayoral election. Despite this, after the war with Robloxia, he was removed from the election candidate list, and his government was forced to evacuate to the Simon Islands in Aquaria. Although he titled himself mayor of Bloxburg, power in Bloxburg gradually came to be assumed by newly appointed officials from Robloxia.
The party was also effectively banned from Robloxian politics when Mason “Scorpio” Smith assumed office, but when David Baszucki assumed office, on the first day, he unbanned the political party, resulting the government being moved back to Historic Downtown Bloxburg now that it was not under exile. Currently, the party is seeing a strong surge of support due to an ongoing political and ideological shift leftward following a decline in support for both the Corporatist and Conservative parties, with the former experiencing an accelerated precipitous decline compared to the Conservative Party's decline. The political party anthem is "There Is Power In A Country", written and composed by an unknown writer who is believed to be a member of the party.
