Coldtown is a settlement in Neotopia that is the eighth largest settlement in the country. It is located in a valley in the highlands of eastern Neotopia. With a population of 9,256 (2026 census), it is the eighth most populous settlement in the country and the seventeenth most populous in Bloxartica. The seat of the municipality of Snowy Valley is located there.
The Coldtown camp was established in 1979 by a joint expedition of Blox Zealand, Bloxia Kingdom, and Bloxstralia. In 2001, it was incorporated into Neotopia. In 2025, the country's government signed an agreement with the founding nations of Coldtown, defining the settlement's international status.
