Coeptus (April 27, 1980 - December 8, 2023) was the mayor of the City of Bloxburg in the State of Bloxburg Valley from 2014 to December 2023.
Assissination Attempts
Assassination Attempt 1:
He was waiting at the airport on July 12, 2021, after leaving for a meeting in the Robloxia Capital. He and Vice President Denise Elmore were shot and murdered at around 1:28 PM. He was promptly transported to Bloxburg City by the Coeptus security crew. At the Eric Cassel UBBC Medical Center, he nearly passed away.
Assassination Attempt 2
He was governing at the Bloxburg City Hall on one afternoon day in December 8, 2023, when the government secret agents of Coffee-Stained Republic arrived at the city hall, armed with guns and other weapons of mass murder, were preparing for a visit to the city hall. When the secret agents arrived, appeared to be armed and ready to shoot and murder, the Carmen County Emergency Management issued a civil danger warning, which was relayed by the Robloxia Weather Service, Bloxburg Valley.

Immediately following this, every house in Bloxburg, including the city hall, locked all windows and doors. However, the active shooters found a way to break the windows and doors of the city hall simply by shooting all of their improvised guns at one window, breaking that window which created an unofficial entrance to the Bloxburg City Hall. Eventually, Coeptus's door, the door reserved for the office of the mayor and was kept locked, was broken into by one of the government secret agents, who said before firing the bullet that injured Coeptus:
You just got coffee stained!
Coeptus was injured. With none of his security crew available to provide him with an escort since they were all killed, Coeptus's body was left to rot. Eventually, counter-protesters in the form of emergency vehicles owned by the medical centers were promptly deployed and transported Coeptus's body to Bloxburg City's Eric Cassel UBBC Medical Center. His last words were:
I will never be coffee stained!
Coeptus passed away hours later.

Fun Facts
The only well-known mayor with a conventional newbie look is Coeptus. He has, however, recently changed from his usual newbie look. His name is a linguistic term for "beginnings." He enjoyed taking the populace to citizen-made masterpieces and updating them on significant information regarding his city. He possessed two pirate queen caps for unclear reasons, along with a wide array of objects made by ordinary people.
