Chikorita Boulevard or Chikorita Blvd is a boulevard that opened on April 18, 2022, in Carmen County in the Westside area of Bloxburg City near the Bloxy Acres, Riverside and Santa Fe neighborhoods.
Chikorita Boulevard was built for a roadway improvement and to avoid alarming traffic from BA. It connects to Santa Catalina Fwy, Bloxywood Fwy and Alberto Barjau Ramírez Blvd
History
Chikorita Boulevard was planned since the early 2000's to avoid traffic problems in the greater suburb. Due to weather problems, this project was postponed. It was in 2007 that Bloxburg City announced a new freeway improvement. In these new changes, Chikorita Boulevard was mentioned which would connect to Santa Catalina and San Diego Valley.
Construction began on April 12, 2012, but was postponed on July 3, 2012, until August 27, 2012, at the same location as the old Boulevard formerly known as "Del Valle Blvd". The project was completed on December 21, 2021. It opened on April 18, 2022.
The boulevard experiences very high traffic during rush hours, but it did improve the amount of traffic on side streets.
