Brookhaven Civil War

The Brookhaven Civil War was a civil war that occurred during 1989-1994 and took place in Brookhaven. It was fought between the Capitalist Party and the Communist Party, all wanting their own advantages to Brookhaven. The war was preluded in 1976, with the establishment of the Capitalist Party of Brookhaven. It was started when an ideological problem was posed by the Capitalist Party of Brookhaven: "Should Brookhaven be annexed to Robloxia?".

Weaponry used during the Brookhaven Civil War was limited to weapons typically used in a violent protest. Robloxians of the Capitalist Party of Brookhaven also managed to weaponize protest signs.

Prelude to Conflict:

In 1976, The Capitalist Party of Brookhaven forms. The Capitalist Party of Brookhaven were able to lead four years of protest and writing of what would be known as The Treaty of an Independent Brookhaven undetected. In 1980, the treaty was completed, and they started to criticize the government of Brookhaven. Brookhaven's former secret police detected the Capitalist Party of Brookhaven. Upon detection, the Capitalist Party of Brookhaven declared war on the Brookhaven Communist Party, to which the communist party "NO U-ed" and the conflict began.

1. September 27-30, 1989: The Battle of Mount Brookhaven commences. One well known capitalist general dies, causing the communists to claim Mountain Brookhaven. (Death counter: 1) [1/0]
2. October 16-27, 1989: The Battle of West commences. One capitalist general dies, causing the communists to claim Western Brookhaven. ( Death counter: 2 ) [2/0]
3. October 30, 1989: Seaboard sends their army, as well as Robloxia, to fight on the capitalist side. ( Death counter: 28 ) [2/28]
4. October 30, 1989 - 1455: Livetopia sends their army to fight on the capitalist side. ( Death counter: 16 ) [2/44]
5. November 5, 1989: A capitalist rebel bombs Vaccant 11-18. Unknown to them, this also causes the church to be almost destroyed. 54 Robloxians were killed, and 154 Robloxians were injured by the explosion. ( Death counter: 54) [29/71]
6. December 5-29, 1989: The war drags on to the winter of '80. One communist general dies, resulting in a capitalist victory and a reclaiming of Mountain Brookhaven. ( Death counter: 1) [29/72]
7. January 8, 1990: emelard_master proposes a guerilla army, but the proposal was refused. ( Death counter: 0) [29/72]
8. September, 7 1990 : The Battle of Hill is won by capitalists. This event induced deaths that would surpass the number of deaths expected in the capitalist rebel bombing of November 5, 1990. ( Death counter: 55 ). [29/127]
9. October, 21 - 23 1991 : The Battle of Blue Sky was fought using both Air Forces of the country. Capitalists won the battle and gained Robloxia's support. (Death counter: 21) [29/148]
10. March 29, 1992 : The Battle of Murk was named after a drunk capitalist general, which led to the communist victory. (Death counter: 98) [127/148]
11. August 13, 1993 The battle of Red Palace begins. The Red Palace is the President's house. During the battle, the biggest communist force defended the palace, even enlisting Seaboard City's defenders to defend. Capitalist force used many bombs. The Minister of Justice was almost killed, which led to the temporary surrender of the communists.
12. January 1, 1994: The Battle of Madison was an battle that lasted for less than a day. It was the last and the third deadliest battle with 48 deaths. Capitalists won the battle. However, a communist hurled rocks at the capitalists. The capitalists retaliated back by shooting the communist and killing an unknown figure. Finally, communists agreed the new government and failed to assassinate emelard_master. [127/200]

Ending:

The Brookhaven CIvil War ended with the signing of The Treaty Of An Independent Brookhaven by the Communist Party of Brookhaven. Included in the treaty were:

• TsDude should not make any party again.
• Wolfpaq being assigned an oral apology to his citizens.
• The repealing of all laws created since 1916.
• The tearing down of Communism symbols.
• Brookhaven becoming a part of Robloxia.

In January 2, 1994, TsDude was assassinated while on exile. However, the assassination attempt failed. In January 3rd, 1994, Wolfpaq publicly apologized to all Brookhaven civilians for his involvement in the Communist Party of Brookhaven and formerly commenced his involvement in the Capitalist Party of Brookhaven, while introducing fascism in case of emergency. In January 4th, 1994, Wolfpaq repealed all laws passed between 1916-1987. In the sunset of January 5th, 1994, the flag of the Communist Party of Brookhaven was lowered down and burned to the stake while the former anthem of the Communist Party of Brookhaven played in the background. After there was nothing left of the old Communist Party of Brookhaven flag, the city hall of Brookhaven was left without a flag on the staff until the sunrise of January 6th, 1994. The anthem of Robloxia played in the background on this day while the flags of Robloxia and Brookhaven were raised. Brookhaven then was annexed to the Robloxia Republic. Livetopia and Seaboard initially refused annexations, but they later annexed.
