A theater in Bloxywood Boulevard also built in 2002. Dolby Theatre is were the Academy Awards and the 79th Primetime Bloxy Awards are held. Originally called Kodak Theatre until being renamed to Dolby Theatre in 2012. Dolby Theatre is located between TCL Chinese Theatre and The Bloxywood & Highland Center and is located along Bloxywood Boulevard next to the The Bloxywood Walk of Fame
