NOTICE: This page is apart of the 1999 Liberty County Riots.
On April 25th, hundreds of rioters gathered in Liberty Plaza, a shopping complex. The entire RCPD and their military regiments gathered on the opposite side, and at around 1 PM the first shots were fired. It was a major battle. Rioters went around the parking lot to flank the police officers, however, they failed and were temporarily blinded by tear gas. Many rioters were shot to death by government-issued mounted machine guns, which could literally mow down a wave of rioters in 10 seconds.
