Battle for the Wizard's Tower

The Battle for the Wizard's Tower was a decisive battle and massacre between two coalitions, the Knights of Redcliff, the Splintered Sky and Wizards against the Korbloxes and the DarkAge Ninjas, which ended with the fall of the fortress and the victory of the Korbloxes.

Background

• After the Redcliff's army went to the tundra, losing the battle, and after many battles that were fought by the Korblox hordes in order to capture Redcliff, the Korbloxes' attempt to capture this fortress were unsuccessful and heavy losses, but OstrichSized did not give up, and did not end the war, because he had hope, and signed a pact with the DarkAge Ninjas, and as soon as Sorcus found out about this, he signed an alliance with the Knights of the Splintered Sky, and with the Wizards of the Astral Isles. The horde of Korblox and their allies marched on the Wizards' fortress.

The course of battle

The ninja laid siege to the fortress while the forces of the Wizards were in the fortress. Fierce battles ensued between the Korblocks and ninjas against the Wizards and Knights of the Broken Sky. The ninjas and Korblocks suffered huge losses, but the fortress survived. The ninjas had only 250 people with them, and the rest of the army was made up of Korblocks. Suddenly, when the news reached Sorkus, he sent 5,000 of his elite Redcliffe soldiers into battle, who went to the Wizards' tower from the very center of Robloxia. Redcliffe's army was immediately ambushed by ninjas after a short march, causing Redcliffe's knights to be distracted. In turn, the ninjas and samurai did this in order to delay time until the fall of the fortress. Suddenly, the outcome of the battle began to change; the Korblox were able to acquire the main artifact of the magicians, and after that the war began to go in favor of the Korblox troops. Over 200 ninjas were sent to ambush the Redcliffe Knights and the Knights of Shattered Sky. The Wizards' fortress heroically repelled the attacks, but still the fortress was set on fire, and all the houses began to burn alive. The Korbloks entered the fortress and carried out a bloody massacre. The defenders of the fortress were killed and plundered. The fortress was completely burned and nothing remained of it. After the battle, only 1 mage remained alive among the wizards, who would later resume being a wizard. After this news, the Redcliffe Knights had to retreat back and go home, and in an ambush against the ninjas they lost close to 50 knights. After this battle, the war between Korblox and the allies subsided, but clashes continued again. After this, the Stronghold Union broke up for a while.
