Baoji City, or Bloxiase (until 1851), is the largest city and de jure and de facto capital of South Baoji, with an estimated area of 982 km². Baoji City is where the government is located and carries out its activities, with its origins dating back to the late 17th century, when it was one of the first towns founded in the new territory. Today, it is a large, vibrant metropolis with a population of around 19,500,000. It has a wide range of commerce and industries, as well as several skyscrapers, suburbs, and a financial center, in addition to an automated taxi system that spreads throughout the city.
Baoji City has a total of 15 neighborhoods and 4 semi-independent districts, and it is part of Peninsular Metro Area (Revamping soon), being the largest city in that metropolitan area. Baoji City is still often called Bloxiase by Robloxians, due to their attachment to the name and tradition. It is one of the cleanest cities in Roblox, ranking 67th among more than 1 million competing cities. More inhabitants arrived in the city since 1990, In 2040, it was swallowed by a megatsunami, causing thousands to die and leaving Baoji City in ruins.
Baoji City is one of the most culturally diverse cities in South Baoji, with inhabitants from various cultures, mainly Aquarians, Baojians, and Penguinians. Its levels of racism are controlled, and it has a good standard of living, as well as an international airport located on a nearby island. Unfortunately, light pollution levels are quite high.
History
Baoji City was initially founded at the end of the 17th century, when the original village of Saint Henry became overcrowded. Interestingly, Baoji City and its neighboring city Baoi were founded on the same day. As time passed, the city consolidated and developed, with its economy driven mainly by the trade of minerals and spices. In 1702, it had 2,129 inhabitants, but as the population was reduced by the food crisis, Baoji City was left with only 782 inhabitants and lost a possible vital source of trade, fruit, which the Bloxia Empire appropriated and enjoyed. but the economy recovered with slavery in that location.
In 1766, the population of Baoji City was estimated at 20,345 people, with a historic center and spice and slave markets. The slave revolution increased the population, and in 1770, it reached 25 667. Baoji City (Bloxiase at the time) was deeply affected by the Bloxians' brutality in response to protests in the city. However, it was the city that sent the most combatants to the Ro-London Coup, the battle that secured the independence of South Baoji.
After South Baoji gained independence, President Chris Dos Santos realized that it would be easier if Baoji City were the capital, so in April 1805 he moved the government of Saint Chris (formerly Saint Henry), at the time with only 19,000 inhabitants, to Baoji City, making the city the de jure and de facto capital of the country. (at the time with 56,000 Robloxians). Bloxiase was also included in the railroad that connected Saint Chris with the village of Herington. In 1820, 100,293 Robloxians already lived in Bloxiase. Between 1820 and 1850, there was a period of chaos, with the city being destroyed and rebuilt due to Typhoon Brydon and its rapid industrialization, where a large part of the Baojians began to work due to fluctuations in agriculture. However, by 1848, the population had reached 500,000 Robloxians.
The city had a large and busy port, which helped enrich both South Baoji and Baoji City (which had already changed its name at the time). This was driven by the still unofficial trade league, with imported products sharing the spotlight with domestic brands. In 1887, the second industrial revolution shook the city, bringing new innovations and changes to the industry, which ensured rapid evolution in the city. In 1900, the population of Baoji City was an impressive 785,394 Robloxians.
Between 1919 and 1935, Baoji City experienced a major economic recession due to the end of Roblox War I and the changes it caused in the world, but it soon recovered, however, 1 year later, Liverton and the surrounding region (at the time the driving force behind the economy) were dominated by the Nazis, the country plunged even further into crisis. With the help of the Allies, the territory was liberated and South Baoji reannexed it. Between 1950 and 1970, Baoji City restructured itself, experienced a population boom, and established a commercial-industrial economy, playing an important role in the country's golden years. In 1970, Baoji City had a population of 9,283,748 Robloxians, making it one of the largest cities in Roblox.
From 1970 to 2025, Baoji City underwent major and gradual developments, its industry modernized, new streets paved and buildings erected, and a subway and monorail installed. Baoji City reached a population of about 20,000,000 people, and assimilated with the city of the same name in the Telamon Islands. Many cultures were seen throughout the city, which today is a technological and biological hub with green expansion programs, but it is still recovering from the years of poverty and recession that ravaged Baoji City in the past.
Transport
Transportation in Baoji City is carried out on several fronts. The most popular modes of transportation are the various BC subway lines and the electric and regular buses that run throughout the city. However, Baoji City has other means of transportation, including government-owned taxis that run throughout the city, ferries, and the monorail, which was recently inaugurated and has proven to be a complete success. Climate
Baoji City has an equatorial climate, with two seasons determined by the monsoon system. The low annual temperature range is common throughout the territory, and only the rainfall pattern varies slightly from region to region. It's classified AW in the Röppen-Geiger Climate Scale
Fauna and Geography
The fauna of Baoji City includes dry deciduous forests with species such as Sterculia foetida and eucalyptus (in rocky areas), as well as palm trees. Animal life includes monkeys in the forests and a rich marine diversity in protected wetlands, such as dugongs, water birds (some migratory), and a variety of invertebrates.
Its geography is mainly flat, with little relief, but as you enter the southern limits of the municipality, you can see a sharp rise in the relief of the area, as there is a mountain range in the area (Baji Mountain Range), which influences the climate and daily life of the city.
