As the son of Furry Peace and Justice Corporation director Sierra Karey and infamous serial killer Quincy Martin, Atlas Karey is young but smart.
Not much is known to Furry Headquarters on him due to classified information hidden by the Global Investigations and Justice Department. What known information on him prior to 2032 was collected by other groups. One known instance is a record Micha Snowy managed to present to The Furry Council during their investigation into Atlas.

Due to his parents his existence was hidden for years until the 2032 GAMA Hospital Incident in which "killed" Sierra Karey.
Found in a frozen field in Neo-Japan
He would be found on February 6th, 2032 a day after GFA had conducted the operation to "kill" his mother due to a agent of hers breaking a truce during a removal of further evidence done by Lucario Cunningham and Gabriel Dark. Lucario would scoop him up and put him in his backpack to keep him safe during the helicopter flight back to Site-01-B. Upon his arrival he would end up being met by a small group of Global Occult Coalition intern investigators that Agent Snowy had brought to the site which would raise a concern on what happened.
