Plot
34-year old Owen Roscall was a detective for the small fictional town of Suffolk, North Bloxlina, one day while investigating a crime scene in a meat factory, a horrible accident ended up severely wounding his hands, soon after being taken to the hospital his arms were amputated. His boss William Cannon made a hat filled with multiple tools including a robotic hand, a magnifying glass, a magnet, a black light and a flashlight. Owen solves crimes in Suffolk. Eventually Owen meets Rebecca Quaker. A girl with curly long blond hair and red lipstick. One day she is caught during a crime scene and flees to another town. The crime eventually starts to go down after her move.
