Almora is a small town in Keysota, Wadena County, made up of a few houses. It is frequently hit by tornadoes because it is slightly out of their path. However, it is often hit by strong winds. Composed of five residential homes, it is crossed by Keysota State Route 53 and Wadena County Road 48. It is near Interblox 33. Being small, this town has no businesses, so most residents commute to Hazelton for work.
Normally, Almora is known for its quality of life, as it does not normally suffer from tornadoes, but with strong winds, Almora does not have many tourist destinations, and does not have much relevance. However, it is known that Jackson Swerington was born in Almora.
