Liki Mua is the second tier football league in the Telamon Islands. The Liki Mua is played by 22 clubs with the top three clubs advancing to the X-Liga and the bottom three being relegated to the Liki Lua. Additionally, the fourth best Liki Mua club plays the fourth worst X-Liga club in the play-offs for a spot in the higher league. Similarly, the fourth worst Liki Mua club plays the fourth best Liki Lua club in the play-offs for a spot in the higher league.
