1998 FAFI Roblox Cup was the sixteenth edition of the FAFI Roblox Cup. It was held in Rogaulia. Matches were held in 10 stadiums.
Host selection and format
In 1992, the FAFI committee held an official vote on the candidates. In addition to Rogaulia, Bloxorocco also submitted a bid to host the tournament. Bloxland and Ro-Switzerland also attempted to submit bids. The former withdrew, preferring to focus on bidding to host local UEFA tournaments, while the latter failed to submit a bid that met FAFI requirements. One round of voting was held. The format was expanded to thirty-two teams. They were to be divided into eight groups of four teams each. The group winners and runners-up were to advance to the knockout stage, where they would play under the previously familiar system.
