In 1979, a large explosion occurred at a dam in Robloxia, causing severe damage to dam infrastructure. As a result of this explosion, a large piece of debris impacted the dam's water (H2O) storage tank, causing a rupture and releasing an estimated 1.95×107 pounds (403,000 Roblox Mass Units) of water into the environment. Upon its release the water remained liquid and was carried by forces over three miles (17.2 kilo-studs) from the dam and into the suburbs of a nearby city. This explosion and release of odorless material impacted approximately 600,000 residents of the metro area of the city but resulted in the deaths of zero Robloxians.
Background
Robloxian Water Works and Service or RWWS is a Government Contractor task to build dams to supply Sub generators in case of a Blackout. In 1956, the company bought over the Doggo Enterprise Institute's Dam in Robloxia since the Company was ready for RWWS to take over works at the dam.
But after 2 Weeks, protestors were protesting that they were stealing other Company's Contracts, before Al RB Qaeda decide to take actions to support the protestors.
Explosion
On the morning of the day of the large explosion, maintenance engineers were doing their tasks when the Al RB Qaeda Black Ops Infantry showed up within the premises. Compromising of government secret agents, they carried a silencer for their M1911, Luger, Glock 22, Remington 870, and AR-15s. With them, the AL RB Qaeda Black Ops Infantry personnel also carried a classic brick-battling weapon in their arsenal: a rocket launcher. Since classic rocket launchers were incompatible with silencers, they were unable to silence the fact that they had one. They launched a rocket at a very large rock at the premises, splitting it into multiple pieces of debris, which became known as the 1979 Robloxia Dam Pre-Explosion.
The 1979 Robloxia Dam Pre-Explosion could be felt as far away as 2.24 meters (8 studs) from ground zero and was registered on seismographs throughout the blast radius. The multiple pieces of debris were scattered hundreds of feet in every direction.
One 80,000-pound (36,000 kg or 1653 Roblox Mass Units) piece of debris was scattered, hitting a nearby water (H2O) storage tank, tearing a hole approximately 15 feet (16.33 studs) long into the side of the tank. This rupture released about 1.95×107 pounds of H2O into the environment. The prevailing newly released fluid velocity was approximately 5 miles per hour (7.983 studs per second) towards the metro area of the city where the dam is located. For obvious reasons, the water released from the refinery hugged the ground as it travelled. The water roughly followed a major Interblox to the northwest, eventually affecting an area of 10 square miles (330.4 square kilo-studs). Those in the area immediately surrounding the dam were the most affected by the release, with the vast majority of those in the area reporting water where there was no water before. Those indoors were safe from the effects of the water, but, unfortunately, some cars, homes, businesses, and schools who were exposed to the outside were also exposed with the odorless chemical. Dozens of commuters stuck in rush hour traffic on the freeway were safe in their cars as the water passed over them. Further afield, even as the water depth decreased, hundreds of thousands of Robloxians were affected by the release. Eventually, the city's police department was called by a Robloxian who thought that event disrupted the peace.
Justice is served on a lawsuit platter:
The city's police department arrested every single AL RB Qaeda Black Ops Infantry personnel who was involved. Their weapons, silencers, and even their classic rocket launcher was seized before being sent to prison for damaging private property.
In court, the dam sued Al RB Qaeda for the cost of the repairs and demanded that they pay for the repairs.
