Is that the one called Taking Out the Trash?So I've just done a quick Google check and come up with the following pages on the Watchmen RPG: http://onceuponageek.com/2009/03/16/watchmen-mayfair-rpg-stats-1987/, http://index.rpg.net/display-entry.phtml?mainid=7874, http://index.rpg.net/display-entry.phtml?mainid=2880. There are three supplements, and we should really have an article on them (or one for each, depending how much info we've got). - Maybe so, cos he's got good info. As a first step though, use that web page as a reference whenever you add info you find there.
