The Sing Sing Warden is the acting warden of Sing Sing Correctional Facility.
Biography
When Nite Owl II and Rorschach arrived at Sing Sing during a massive prison riot they are warned by the Warden to stay away and threaten to have them shot if they interfere. The duo land to help out regardless.
After reaching the shower room where the explosion occurred the Warden confronts the vigilante duo who isn't too happy about their interference. However, he is grateful that they managed to put down all of the prisoners, but notes that the only one who's missing is Underboss. The Warden then wants to inter them to determine damages but Doctor Manhattan and Silk Spectre II appears to lend assistance but is too late. As he disappears, the Warden decides to let Nite Owl and Rorschach go to find Underboss.
