In 1967, renegade right-wing extremists within the United States military devised a plan to experiment with biological weapons on the residents of Nairobi and its neighboring areas. Adrian Veidt uncovered this scheme, thwarting the plot and rescuing the citizens. This heroic act stood out as one of Veidt's defining achievements during his tenure as a masked vigilante.
