Biography
On November 2009, Michael Declan died of a heroin overdose. Because he had no next of kin, Angela Abar presented Declan's corpse to Jon Osterman at the morgue as an option to choose for a human identity. Declan was not chosen, and his body was cremated two days later.[1]
