Officer Capaldi is a member of the New York City Police Department.
Biography
Capaldi accompanied Steven Fine and Joe Bourquin who reported the murders of Clare and Dominique Hirsch. She then drove their mother, Mrs. Hirsch, to the hospital.[1]
