Big Top Circus is a traveling circus company that toured throughout the United States East Coast.

History

Traveling Circus

The traveling circus featured rides such as the Cyclone and the Tornado, carnival games like Cakewalk and Lucky 7.

Hiring Rolf Müller

Rolf Müller joined Big Top Circus as a strongman performer. Under the nickname "The Mighty Meuller", he became one the company' most popular acts. Following his recruitment, the strongman abducted and mutilated children at each city in which the circus performed.[1]

Big Top Circus 1940

Big Top Circus visited New York City in 1940. Three weeks after the circus left, Ursula Zandt investigated the disappearance of a boy where the circus was installed. Mothman found the remains of a murdered kid in an abandoned building nearby.[2]

Big Top Circus 1955

In 1955, the circus was in Boston where the Comedian, killed Rolf Müller. When the circus returned to New York City that year, the Comedian kidnapped Tino Musante Jr. in order to lure Nite Owl to the building they found the dead kid fifteen years ago, and incriminate Hooded Justice with Müller's crimes.[1]
