The Accelerated Aging Chamber is a device designed by Adrian Veidt.
History
During his time on Europa, Adrian Veidt used his knowledge of cloning and genetics to design the Accelerated Aging Chamber to help him not only create multiple clones of both Phillips and Crookshanks by extracting the DNA of Doctor Manhattan's original creations, but also accelerate their ages from fetus to grown adults. Whenever Veidt needed new clones, he would fish the fetuses out of the lake, and take the good specimens back to his castle so he can grow them into adult clone slaves.[1]
