The Soft Boiled Eggoes (半熟ゆでたマンゴー) are a species of mango fruit that look and taste like soft boiled eggs. When ripe, their shell-like skin opens up and out of it flows a delicious and gooey yolk-like nectar that feels and tastes like boiled egg yolk.
