The Sizzle Cattle (ジューウシ Jyu-ushi) is apparently a breed of bovine with incredibly juicy meat that can be made into a high-quality and deliciously chewy roast beef. Sizzle Cattle Roast Beef is prepared and served in all-you-can-eat food stands aboard the Gourmet Carriage which serve them in slices or the entire chunk of roast beef.
History
Mellow Cola Arc
In the anime, when Toriko and Komatsu were aboard the Gourmet Carriage, they went to the all-you-can-eat food stands where they ate plenty of Marbled Tuna sushi and Toriko greedily ate an entire chunk of Sizzle Cattle Roast Beef.
