Sea Apouchones (イソキンチャク) are a breed of undersea kelp plant which grow within a pouch-like bag that covers them which is made out of fluffy fried tofu, and the inside of the pouch is the kelp plant itself which is a delicious soup stock ingredient. The top of the pouches are wrapped in soft noodle-like ito konnyaku.

- Ito konnyaku is a gelatin substance cut into noodle-like strips which is used for wrapping foods like oden.
