The Rocket Tuna (ロケットマグロ) is a species of finfish which can be used to make a delicious tekkadon. It is a difficult ingredient to cook, and would need someone who has mastered Food Honor in order to prepare it. Komatsu served a Rocketuna Tekkadon to Toriko at Hotel Gourmet in the beginning of the Golden Wheat Arc.

- The tekkadon is a rice dish topped with thin-sliced raw tuna sashimi.
