The Mammoth is a species of mammal well known by their long tusks. Its beef is a difficult ingredient to cook, and would need someone who has mastered Food Honor in order to prepare it. Komatsu managed to cook it and served a Mammoth Beef Gyūdon to Toriko at Hotel Gourmet in the beginning of the Golden Wheat Arc.
Trivia
- Gyūdon literally means "beef bowl" and is a Japanese dish consisting of a bowl of rice topped with beef and onion simmered in a mildly sweet sauce flavored with dashi (fish and seaweed stock), soy sauce and mirin (sweet rice wine).
