The Melon Egg (メロンエッグ Meron Eggu) is one of the many ingredients used in the game of Food Concentration. It's a rare high-class ingredient that is easy to eat as is, and it essentially requires no cooking. Its appearance is that of a huge melon bread, but its insides are similar to a soft-boiled egg's. It's Gourmet Tasting Card is described as a major win card due to it's generous 100 point value and easy consumption. The cards that represent the Melon Egg are No. 37 and 3 in the level V deck used by Livebearer against Toriko's group.
