The Cowcargot (牛カルゴ Ushikarugo) is a species of land snail that has stunning horns like cattle and flesh similar to marbled wagyuu beef.

- Its name is a portmanteau of "Cow" and "Escargot", the french word for "Snail".
- It was created by Bright Red Kapuriko of Hyōgo prefecture.
- Wagyu refers to several breeds of cattle, the most famous of which is genetically predisposed to intense marbling and to producing a high percentage of oleaginous unsaturated fat.
