Canonbert Cheese (カエンベールチーズ Kaenbēruchīzu) is a small, red-colored cheese snack with the appearance of a flaming cannonball with a swirl in its center, hence its name. It along with Mozzericicle Cheese and Cherry Cheese make excellent combination snacks that go great with alcohol, such as Rainbow Fruit Wine.
